BananaAnna1 and Sister

Three young adults, only a few years out of college, had recently purchased a large amount of property that they intended to use for horses. They bought a horse trailer and had a barn built on the property. They piled into the truck on their way to pick up two Friesians that they had recently paid for.
On their way to the farm where they would pick up their new horses, Josh, who was driving, pointed out a field of horses. "There's a weak spot in the fence," he said, "I hope the horses don't get out". The others agreed with him.
"We can ask the lady who owns the Friesian farm if she knows who owns the field," suggested Skye. It seemed like a good idea.
At that moment, the car broke down. "I'll fix it," volunteered April, who was getting cramped in the truck anyways. Unbeknownst to her, a large and mischievous horse had broken through the fence. He was interested in some hay, and spotting it in the truck bed, climbed in.
April fixed the car, and they were on their way. They arrived at the Friesian farm only a few minutes late. Rose, the kind woman who owned the farm, greeted them and helped them get to know the horses.
As April loaded the two Freisians, whose names were Stormy and Preacher, she noticed the large grey Ardennais who had sneaked into the truck earlier. "That's alright," said Josh, the driver, "The lady I asked said that the horses there were up for adoption. We can go by and get a form for him." They did just that.
"His name is Ash," the lady behind the desk told them. She thanked them for telling them about the fence, and then they left.
Josh drove April and Skye back to the barn they owned. April got all the horses settled into the stalls. Ash, Stormy, and Preacher all seemed happy with their new home.
