Preamble
We, as the citizens of the United States of America in order to be more unified, assuring the peace at home, to safely protect the country, to promote the overall welfare, and to protect the right of freedom for future generations, do establish this Constitution of the United States of America.
Article 1
Section 1- Congress is granted the power to make laws and is broken up by Senate and House of Representatives.
Section 2- Discusses how representatives are chosen along with how long and many representatives will be in office in ea state and their roles.
Section 3-
Section 4- The process of electing senators and representatives are up to the states.
Article 2
The rules followed by the executive branch. Describes the amount of terms they can serve, requirements, the process when they die, etc.

Article 3
The actions the Judicial Branch can follow. The Supreme Court is the highest power in the federal court system because they can interpret the laws and constitution and can determine if they are constitutional or not.

Article 4
Relationships between the states. Congress has the power to add, remove or alter the lines of states but said states can not be created by another state.
Article 5
This article is how amendments are added. If of both House of Reps and Senate agree then it determines if they can propose the amendments.
Article 6
The debts created by the National government prior.
Article 7
When we had the thirteen colonies, 9/13 states had to be present to ratify the Constitution.
1st Amendment
Guarantees freedom of speech, religion, and press along with the right to assemble peacefully and address the government about problems that are occurring.




2nd, 3rd and 4th Amendments
2nd-You have the right to carry a gun as long as it is legal.
3rd-No soldier can force their way into your house without consent.
4th-The authority must have a warrant to search your personal property.


5th, 6th and 7th Amendments
5th- You have the right to remain silent in the court of law, meaning that you can't be forced to say anything to the authorities.
6th- You have the right to a fair trial. You have the right to know what you are being accused for, you have the right to a court representative, and you have the right to a witness to testify in your favor and against you.
7th- You have the right to sue a company or a person as long as you're suing for a price over twenty dollars.
