I dedicate this book to all the kids who have had any changes in their life's.

Hello, my name is Noah and this is my new home. I used to live in a small town name Sedona where I was born seven years ago. My parents decided that this summer vacation we were going to move to a small town in Texas named Donna.

My parents made this decision because my dad would have a better job here, and also my mom would be able to visit her family in Mexico.

Weeks after we moved to Donna, my parents started looking for a school. I was so nervous because I didn't had friends, so the night before my first day of school I couldn't sleep.

The next day I woke up at 7:00 a.m. to get ready for school. On my way to school, I couldn't stop thinking about what was going to happen. Soon my mom dropped me off at the front door and I was about to cry because of the nerves I had.

On my way to my new classroom, I meet a girl who asked me if I was a new student which I answered her yes, so she took me to my new classroom so that I wouldn't get lost.

Right after I entered the classroom all the kids in there were whispering to each other. The teacher asked me a few questions and then she assigned me a seat.

My desk was in between two girls that were asking me many questions, so the teacher heard and made me introduce myself to the class.

After I introduced myself to the class I went to my seat. Later the teacher called me and another kid to her desk, I thought we were going to get in trouble, but we didn't.

We got to the teacher's desk ,then she introduced me to Joel, he was also a new student so she told us that we could go get lunch together, and as soon as the bell rang we went.

I'm a quiet person so Joel was trying to make me talk by asking me questions while we were eating.

It was about 3:00 p.m. and the class was over, my mom was already outside waiting for me so I said goodbye to Joel. As soon as I open the door of the car my mom saw that I was happy so she asked me how was my day.
