CHAPTER 1-fRIENDS

Once upon a time, this is not a fairy tale!

One day there was a family of four. They consisted of a ma, a pa and two children. The children were two boys. One was named Alec. He was Tall and skinny and loved to laugh. He was a 3rd grader. His brother was named Aiden. Aiden was not as skinny as Alec, but not fat either. He was in in Kindergarten. He loved to play at the park. ALEC

AIDEN

Both boys loved to swim, ride bikes, eat fast food, and of course loved candy!

Well, speaking of candy...they loved going trick-or-treating! Alec had a best friend that he did many things with. One of the things he did with this friend was celebrate Halloween. His friend had a birthday near Halloween too. They both got to party and have lots of fun together for Halloween. This friend was called Mike. He went to the same school as Alec and Aiden.

Alec and Mike were BEST FRIENDS. They played after together on the grounds before going home. Sometimes they would go to the park or each other's house. Of course, they did...that is what Best Friends do! So one day, Alex found out some sad news. Alec and his family had to move far, far, away. Mike and Alec were very bummed. Alec would have to leave very soon. They could only be able to play together for a few more times.

The day came that Alec and his family were moving. He already said goodbye to Mike. He was not happy about this move. He was sad to leave his friends, especially Mike his Best Friend. His ma said, don't worry, we can visit when we come back on vacation. That brightened up Alec's mood. He kept dwelling on when he would be able to see Mike again. Ma kept in touch with Mike's mom. Sometimes they would text and then Alec and Mike could talk on the phone. Eventually they all got together when Alec and his family went to visit for vacation.

CHAPTER 2-OH NO!

Aiden and Alec were in the new area. They moved from Southern California to Northern California. It was quite a change for them. Aiden was making more friends than he had before. Alec WAS NOT. Alec was getting bullied all the time. He came home from school and told his parents. He was angrier and hate going to school.

His parents talked to the teachers, but they did not do anything. This went on for years. Luckily Alec made two friends and even though he got bullied, it was not physical. His parents or friends were someone he could talk to and help him through this difficult time. It got a little better in 7th. It even got better in 8th grade, and finally stopped when he got to freshman year in high school.

chapter 3-Not more things!

Next ma was pregnant and expecting a third child. The boys were sooooo happy and excited. They wanted another baby. Aiden wanted to be a big brother so bad!

They could not wait til the baby came! Life was good even thought it was up and down with challenges. The boys were learning how to deal with them and keep going. Then around three months after ma became pregnant....

the baby died. She had a miscarriage. The baby was not doing well and didn't survive in her tummy. They boys were surprised that this happened. They were looking forward so much to another child in the house. Aiden was going to be a BIG BROTHER. Ma was very sad, and in a lot of pain. Even though ma was going through this recovery, she kept positive and gave the boys hope. She said to Aiden, even though we don't have the baby with us. He went to heaven and you are still a BIG BROTHER!
