1) The people who feel the vomiting sensation or even nausea can have 1/4th of a spoon of the mango seed powder mixed in water .
2) The people who face the problem of stomach ache can mix 1/4 of a spoon of mango seed powder in hot water and can drink it.
3) The people who are the patients of likoria can also do the same.

Ingredients: -
1) 8-10 Dry Mango Seed
2) Water to Boil
3) 2 tbsp Ghee(Clarified Butter)
4) 2 tsp salt -
5) Black Salt to Taste

Method:
- Peel the Dry Mango Seed Shell with a strong stone and Take the Seed out of it
- Remove the outer skin as much as you can
- Take some water in a pressure cooker put the mango seeds into it
- Add around 2 tsp salt and close the lid of cooker
- Let it pressure cook for 1 whistle
- Now remove all the water and let them cool and dry for few minutes


- Remove rest of the outer skin
- Cut them into slices and let it dry for 5 to 6 hours indoor
- Take 2 tbsp Ghee into a heating Pan
- Add Mango Seeds
- Saute it on a low flame until it turns light brown in color
- Take them out in a plate and sprinkle Black Salt as per taste
- Mix all well

Peels of bottle guard
Oil

Chat masala

Salt , Turmeric powder , chili powder , Coriander seeds , Mustard seeds .



1) Take mustard seeds , cardomom , cumin seeds and crush it.
2) Put some oil in pan and add crush material then saute some time .
3) Add spices and peels of bottle guard cook for a minute.
4) At last add coriander leaves and chaat masala powder for garnishing

3. Salt
4. Turmeric
5. garlic paste
6. chilli

Method
In a pan put some oil make it hot,put 1-2 pieces of chilli and fry it.
After 1-2 min put the peels of the pumpkin into the pan and deep fry it along with adding salt and turmeric.
Fry the peels of pumpkin to brownish red.
Then add some paste of garlic and mix it well with the fried peels.
The recipe of dry veg of peels of pumpkin is ready.
