the Compassionate, the Merciful

The Eternal Life
This is the eternal life, and the longest of all lives. In fact, it lasts forever. The best life is for those who enter the garden, and the worst fate is for those who enter the fire.
All people will face the fire. Except those destined for the garden will not have to enter it. Allah has said: "There is not one of you that shall not come to it. That is a fixed ordinance of your Lord. Then we shall rescue those who had taqwa. and leave the unjust therein crouching. "
There are many verses in the Qur'an and Hadith about the eternal fire.
The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "The fire is one of seventy parts of the fire of jahannam. They said: 'O Messenger of Allah! It is sufficient!" And he told them: "It has ninety-nine more parts, each as hot as the others."
"The fire of jahannam was heated for a thousand years until it became red. Then it was heated for a thousand years until it became white. Then it was heated for a thousand years until it became black. It is thus black, and dark."
The Fire's gates are seven, as He has said: It has seven gates, and each gate has an appointed portion of them. [15:44] It also has seven layers.
The names are as follows:
1st: Jahannam, which is for people of tawhid
2nd: Saqar - The dried remains of roasting
3rd: Laza - The pure flame, intense flame
4th: Al-Hutama - Pulverizes & destroys
5th: Al-Sa'ir - (16x) eternal heat, kindling
6th: Al-Jahim - (25x) refers to the sound of fire
7th: Al-Hawiya, there is no bottom or end.
Hunger will be cast upon the people of the Fire. They will cry for help but only bitter-thorn fruit will be provided which does not reduce their hunger. They will complain, and the guards of jahannam will say, "Did not the Messenger come to you with clear signs?" They will say, "Yes". They will then beg for the end of the situation but they will be told that they must remain therein.
The Garden
Allah Most High said, "And those who had taqwa are driven to the garden in groups, until, when they reach it and the gates are opened and the guardians say to them: Peace be upon you, you were good so enter upon it ever more! They say, "Praise be to Allah who has fulfilled His promise to us..."
The Prophet Muhammad said that "The Garden is comprised of one hundred degrees. The distance between each degree is like the distance between heaven and earth. Firdous is the highest degree, from which spring four rivers of the Garden. Above it is the highest throne. When you petition God, therefore, as for the the Firdaws."
The Prophet, peace be upon him, also told us that, "In the Garden there is a tree under the shade of which a rider may travel for a hundred years and still not traverse it. The length of one of your bows in the Garden is better than the world and all it contains."
