And my name is Lilly; my brother and I enjoy spending time playing games. This is Curly, our fluffy dog!  

James and Lilly are in their playroom when they hear their parents coming down the stairs...

James, Lilly, it is time to clean up. You have 15 minutes to finish up. I will get your pajamas out.

Everything should be put away kids. I do not want to see a single toy on the floor! 

Try to hurry up so we can read a bedtime story.

James & Lilly's parents want to teach their kids to be responsible for their belongings and learn how to follow directions

Oh Sweet! We still have 15 minutes to play.  I will just clean in a little bit.

No, they said we have 15 minutes to clean up before we have to go to bed.

From James's perspective, his parents told him to clean up in 15 minutes. He feels this is sufficient time to pick up his toys and keep playing.

The only toys I have to pick up are the dump truck, train, and scooter. That shouldn't take me more than 5 minutes at most.

Where Lilly believes her parents said they have 15 minutes to clean the room, before they go to bed. The toys in the playroom are both James and hers.

We both use the scooter, blocks, ball, and rocking horse. Sometimes I play with his train, and James plays with my teddy bear.
