Antioxidant Silly Smoothie
What you'll need!
-1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
-1/4 cup raspberries
-1/4 cup Strawberries
-1 tablespoon of almond butter
-1/2 cup watermelon
How to make it:
Using a 24 oz blender cup add all the fruits into the blender. Be sure to stay clear of the blade of the blender adult supervision is recommended for kids under 12.
Then add your almond butter to add taste and protein.
Lastly add 5-8 ice cubes based on thickness. you could also freeze the fruit beforehand for a thicker smoothie texture.
Blend on med setting for 30-40 seconds and serve in a fun cup with a reuseable straw!
Carrot Chips with peanut butter
For this recipe, you will only need a pound of large carrots and some pernut or almond butter
Before you start adults do need to help with this fun snack so ask for help.
Start with washing all your carrots and laying them all out of a cutting board. now take a crinkel cutter and chop the carrots into 1/6 of an inch sized slices. place all chopped carrots onto a non-stick bakeing sheet.
Put the try in the oven for 7 minutes on 350 degree heat. then again with help flip all the carrots over and put them back in for 7 minutes. then take them out and let them cool for 15 minutes.
after fully cooled and crispy put on plate with some dip and your set to go.

1) preheat the oven to 350
2) in a bowl combine all dry ingredents and maple serup
3)scoop all the dough onto a non-stick pan and make it a nice even layer
4)next combine all the lemon filling ingredents in a bowl, make sure to get all yogurt clumps out.
5)bake just the crust for 20 minutes and let cool for 10
6) pour lemon filling over the cooled crust
7) bake at 350 for 30 minutes or untill set
8)let them cool completely and then you can enjoy!

Ants on a log
This easy recipe is perfect for little kids.
just take some celery and cut it in half. then add some penut butter or almond butter. lastly add some rasins or dark chocolate chips and your done!
this helps hydrate and expose new veggies and topping to young kids.
ingredents":
5 celery sticks or however many you want
raisins or dark chocolate chips
penut butter or almond butter

Lady bugs
What youll need:
-1 cup of old fashion oats
-cup of strawberries
-half a cup of blueberries
-1/4 cup of dark chcoclate chips
-1/6 cup oatmilk
-almond butter
how youll make it:
-1) add oats and oatmilk and almond butter into a bowl and mix untill its in a thick mixture
2) put the oat mixture into cupcake molds and put in the over for 15 minutes at 350
3) cut strawberries into halfs.
4) let the oats cool for 20 minutes then put the half strawberries ontop of each oat thing.
5) add blueberries as the head of the bug and then stick the chcolate chips point down into the strawberry as spots


Oatmeal fruit cookies
what youll need:
-3 cups oatmeal
-1 cup fruit of choice
- 4 tbs oat milk
-3 tbs brown sugar
- pinch of baking soda

how to make it:
1) preheat oven 350
2)mix together oats, oat milk, brown sugar, and baking soda.
3) cut up the fruit of choice
4) then after mixed well add in precut fruit
5) then when a thick consistency use a spoon and make little balls and put them on a baking sheet.
6) bake them for 12-15 minutes
7)let cool for 10 minutes then enjoy!
