This book has different recipes for "WISE E-TWINNING PROJECT" prepared by the students.
Our students wrote their own recipes or a recipe that already exists.
Students worked in teams to create this collaborative magazine.

HEALTHY BREAKFASTS

Ingredients
8 sliced beef bacon
2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
1/4 c. sliced green onions, plus more for garnish
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. paprika
Black pepper
2 c. shredded Cheddar
3 eggs, scrambled
1 avocado, sliced
Hot sauce, for serving



Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. transfer to a plate and leave to cool, then chop. Add the potatoes to the bacon fat and cook for a few minutes. Add the green onions and cook for another 10 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Once softened, add garlic, paprika and season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add the cheddar to the potatoes and cover to melt.
Step 3
Top the cheesy potatoes in bowls with scrambled eggs, sliced avocado, cooked bacon and some hot sauce.

Preparation
1-Toast the bread until it reaches your desired consistency.
2-Put the inside of the avocado in a bowl. Mash with lemon juice.
3-Spread the avocado on the toast. Sprinkle with chili flakes, sea salt, and red pepper flakes.

Chicken with popatoes in the Pot
ingredients:
*Spices: Ground red chili powder, Paprika, Dried thyme or oregano, Ground cumin, Dried parsley or coriander leaves, Chili flakes
*Sauce: Olive oil, A dash of vinegar or lemon juice (optional for marination)
*Main Dish: Chicken legs or quarters, Potatoes (chopped)
1. Prepare the Spice Mix
2. Marinate the Chicken
3.Prepare the Base:
Slice potatoes and layer them
evenly at the bottom of a baking dish
or pot. Optionally, add chopped
vegetables like carrots or onions.
