Sarma Recipe
First of all, the brine leaves are kept in hot water for 2-3 minutes, washed and filtered. Onions are grated in a large bowl and olive oil is poured on it. Wash the rice and add it to the bowl. Add olive oil and lemon slices on the wrapped leaves and add about 5-6 glasses of hot water and cook on low heat.

Fold the top of the flower and arrange it in the pot so that the folded part is at the bottom. Drizzle a couple of spoons of olive oil on it, add salt and water and cook.
