The implementation of the program was based on the interdisciplinary nature and the implementation of the goals of the Special Education Analytical Program Framework (PAPEA) and the Analytical Study Program (APS) of the EEEEK. More specifically, for searching for information on the internet about the subject of art , the use of WEB2.0 tools for the implementation of the majority of activities and the use of the ESEP platform, we based ourselves on the objectives of the Analytical Study Program (A.P.S) of computer science course.
The goals of A.P.S. of the independent living course were achieved during the majority of the thematic units . The goals of A.P.S. of the course of physical education and aesthetic education were satisfied during the implementation of the activities related to constructions and crafts (painting, collage, cutting with scissors, etc.).
Finally, the search for information, its synthesis and its presentation both in writing and in oral level, served the objectives of the APS of the Greek language course. Through the process of implementing the program, my students developed and improved the skills of communication, cooperation, independence, initiative and decision-making, and the abilities of fine and gross mobility and coordination of body parts as well as digital literacy

Taking part into this project has been very important for our students, since most of them belong to difficult social backgrounds and have no possibility to experience relationships with people from different contexts or countries. For this reason, sometimes they lack the skills towards effective and accurate communication in situations they are not used to. In the course of the last 7 months, they were guided to reflect upon what to take into consideration during the communication process and the methods to be used to achieve effective communication, through different activities and interactions with students from Italy and other Countries. They have particularly appreciated group-works and (video)chats with other students. As a result, they increased their communication skills, they improved their ability to use Web2Tools and to work with students from different schools and countries, while raising their self-confidence in communication, awareness of the strategies to be used to achieve an accurate communication, and their knowledge of different cultures.

The activities carried out during the project have improved our students’ communication skills towards a variety of speakers, which is one of the main aims of the English language syllabus of the course they attend. The opportunity to talk or text to students coming from other countries has also helped them to face a real-life conversation through the language they study as a foreign language. They have also increased their digital competence by using many different Web2Tools, which is part of their curriculum as well. Finally, the values at the basis of the project, such as friendship, honesty, love, respect and responsibility, have definitely expanded our students’ citizenship competences.
