I dedicate this book to my beloved dog Toto. And to every kid who wants to believe in a miracle!
This is a short and simple story for the little ones

Once upon a time there was a small dog named Lucky in a quiet village hut. She was a sweet and devoted dog who always delighted her owner, a girl named Mila. The paw was small, with fluffy fur and huge light eyes. She was always ready to bring joy and a smile to her mistress's house.

One night, when the stars were shining brightly in the sky, Lucky went out on the veranda and suddenly noticed that one of the stars flashed especially brightly and a moment later fell from the sky. She landed softly in the back garden. The dog ran up to the sparkling star, which was lying in the grass and sparkles of surprise and joy shone in her eyes.

"Oh, Honey, what luck we have! It's probably a special star sent to us from heaven," Mila said, stroking her faithful friend.

Mila decided to put it in the most prominent place in the room. She put the star on the windowsill. Since that day, the asterisk has become a symbol of good luck for Mila and Lucky.

But one day, in the afternoon, when Mila and Lucky were preparing to have a picnic in the meadow, they discovered that the asterisk had disappeared. Mila was upset, because this star was something special for her.

Lucky looked into the distance and noticed a small golden trail leading from their house to a dense forest. Lucky realized that the star had decided to return to the sky to shine in the night sky again.

And so their search began. The friends walked through a forest where the trees whispered their secrets to them, and a field where the grass rustled under their feet. They crossed small streams and climbed hills.

And finally, when the sun had completely set, the path led them to a high mountain. An amazing view opened up in front of them, the sky was bright and clear, and the stars sparkled like diamonds.

Lucky suddenly began to lead Mila to the top of the mountain. They walked higher and higher, and reached the very top of the mountain, where they saw their star.
