This book is a collection of all my favorite breakfast recipes that always bring me immense joy whenever I find them made for me. These recipes all came from members of my family that have had a huge impact on my life and have taught me countless lessons. I especially would like to thank my mom and my aunt Jenna who are genius cooks. Three of the five recipes are from Jenna and her masterful cooking and I thank her so much. I hope you enjoy these recipes yourself!

Recipe - Sausage Casserole (Will feed around 5-6 people)
From - Jenna Layne
Ingredients
2 1/2c. herbed croutons
2c. medium sharp cheese, shredded
2lb sausage, browned & drained
(Browned by cooking for 10-12 mins)
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2c. milk
1c. mushroom soup
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Place croutons in greased 8x8 pan
Top with cheese, then sausage, then egg mixture.
Refrigerate overnight
Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours

Recipe - Streusel Breakfast cake
From - Jenna Layne
Ingredients
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4c. packed brown sugar Mix together, and set aside.
1 1/2tsp cinnamon
3/4c. butter, melted
1 super moist yellow cake mix
1c. water
1/3c. oil
3 eggs
Beat cake mix, water, oil, and eggs on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour 1/2 of the batter in a lightly greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with two cups of crumb mixture.
Pour remaining batter on top and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake at 350º for 40 to 50 min until cake springs back when touched.
Cool drizzle with glaze made from powdered sugar and water.

Recipe - Baked French Toast (Will feed around 8-9 people0

Ingredients
1 loaf of French Bread cubed
8 eggs
3c. milK
3/4c. sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp butter
2 granny smith apples
Mix eggs, milk, 1/4 c. sugar, and vanilla together in a large bowl.
Put bread in greased 9x13 pan.
Pour 1/2 egg mixture over the bread layer with thin slices of apples.
Pour the remaining egg mixture over the apple slices, and press down.
Mix 12c. sugar and cinnamon together then sprinkle over apples and dot with butter.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until done.

Recipe - Swedish Pancakes (Will feed around 9-10 people)

Ingredients
6 eggs
1/2c. Flour
1c. milk
¼4 tsp. baking powder
14 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients in blender.
Butter skillet used to cook pancakes libraly.
Pour small amount of batter into skillet.
Move the pan in a circle motion to flatten and enlarge pancake.
Flip pancake when done cooking (It'll look golden brown)

Recipe - German Pancakes (Will feed around 4-5 people)

Ingredients
1/4c. butter put 1/8c. in each pie pan and put in oven
In a blender add:
1 1/2c. milk
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Blend well and divide between 2 pans
Bake for 20 min. Then lower heat to 350°,
and bake for 8 minutes.
Serve with toppings and fruit.
Toppings
8 oz. sour cream
1/4c. brown sugar

Will Callister is a 15-year-old teenage boy who currently attends Maple Mountain High School. Will loves playing tennis and hanging out with friends. He is a huge fan of sports such as football and basketball. He also loves great food, specifically breakfast food. This love inspired him to share his five favorite breakfast recipes so that others could enjoy them as much as he does. The authors of these recipes are members of Will's extended family and are people who have played key parts in his life and have made him the person he is today.
