God Exists:
God has always existed and He always will.
"In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth"
Genesis 1:1
God is Knowable
God is knowable and we can get to personally know him. Because he is infinite and we finite, we will never fully know God. We can get to know God by reading what he tells us about himself in Scripture. There is value in learning about God's attributes so we can learn more about him. Because we were created in his image and to bring him glory, we can exhibit his attributes in our everyday lives.

God is Independent:
God does not need us, however He chooses to give us value and significance. God gives us the opportunity to be important to Him. "The God who made the world and everything in it... does not live in temples made by man, nor is he served by human hands, as though he needed anything, since he himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything."
Acts 17:24-25
God is Unchangeable
God is Unchangeable in the ways that Scripture tells us. Scripture tells us that God is Unchangeable in his attributes, promises, purposes, and being. Even though our beings and attributes will change, God will never change. "For I the Lord do not change." (Malachi 3:6)

God is Eternal
God has no beginning or end.
"Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever you had formed the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God." He was working "before the foundation of the world"
Ephesians 1:4
God is Spirit
God has no parts, no size, and no dimensions.
"When we die, if we are joined with him, our spirit will return "to God who gave it"
Ecclesiastes 12:7
God is Invisible
God's total essence is Invisible however He sometimes shows himself through created things.
"No one has ever seen God"
John 1:18
God is Omniscient
"God knows everything"
1 John 3:20
God is Wise
God always chooses the best possible goals and the best possible means to meet those goals.
God is Good
God is the ultimate standard of goodness, he is also the ultimate source of all goodness.
"Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights"
James 1:17
God is Omnipresent
God is unlimited with time, and he is also unlimited with space. He is Omnipresent and has no size or dimensions. He cannot be limited by material space because he created it. God is present everywhere and acts in different ways in different places. He is present in every part of space. In Christ, "all things hold together" (Colossians 1:17)
God is Truthful
"The LORD is a true God" (Jeremiah 10:10). As Christians, we can imitate the truthfulness of God by having knowledge of His Word.
God is Holy
"The LORD out God is Holy" (Psalm 99:9). Because God is Holy, he is separated from sin and seeks his honor. We are told in the book of Hebrews that God disciplines hos children so that they can share his holiness.
God is Righteous and Just
God is all powerful, eventually all things will be made right.
"He speaks the truth and declares "what is right"
Isaiah 45:19
God is Jealous
God continually seeks to protect his own honor.
"I the Lord your God am a jealous God"
Exodus 20:5
God is Wrathful toward Sin
God's wrath burns hot against sin, and it is this wrath that will eventually consume those who reject Jesus and continue in their sin.
"Whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him"
John 3:36
God Wills What He Wills
God "works all things according to the counsel of his will" (Ephesians 1:11).
God has Freedom
"Our God is in the heavens; he does all that he pleases"
Psalm 115:3
God is Omnipotent
God is all powerful.
"Nothing is too hard for you"
Jeremiah 32:17
God is Perfect
"Your heavenly Father is perfect."
Matthew 5:48
God is Blessed
God is the focus of all happiness and delight and His complete fullness of joy is found in himself.
God is Beautiful
We are told in Scripture that God is the only one who is truly beautiful. "God is the sum of all desirable qualities, and he possesses every quality that is truly desirable."
God is Unity
Not one of God's attributes is ever singled out in Scripture as more important than the rest.

What is The Trinity?
The Trinity is consisted of three parts that all come together to make one God.
The Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit
Although the word trinity is never found in the Bible, the idea has always been affirmed.
"Make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit"
Matthew 28:19
What is man?
Man was not needed; man was created to bring glory to God. God was not lonely, He was not lacking anything, nor did He need anything. However He still chose to create us. We know that we were made by Him and for Him and this is affirmed in Scripture.
"Everyone who is called by my name... I created for my glory."
Isaiah 43:7

So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”
Genesis 1:27-28
This is the written account of Adam’s family line. When God created mankind, he made them in the likeness of God.
Genesis 5:1
