Ralph was the leader of the group, but the boys were not working together. They fight a lot, and they couldn’t be friends. Ralph didn’t know what to do.

One night, Ralph was getting ready to sleep. Ralph is really scared that bad things will happen if the boys keep fighting. He falls asleep and has a bad dream.

In Ralph's dream, he is in a forest with a lot of trees. Then, a man walks to him.

Who are you?
Hi Ralph, my name is Tombert. I'm here to help you. I’m going to teach you about three ways to be a better leader. They are called religions, and they will help you fix your problems.

Tombert teaches Ralph about a religion called Hinduism.

In Hinduism, we think that everything is connected. There is a special rule called "Karma". If you do good things, good things will come back to you, just like planting seeds that grow into beautiful flowers ("Hinduism").

In Judaism, we believe in one special God who loves everyone. This God gave us special rules called the Ten Commandments. They teach us to be kind, to help others, and to always tell the truth ("Baron").

Tombert teaches Ralph about Buddhism and how it can help him a lot to be a better leader.

In Buddhism, There is a special teaching called the Four Noble Truths. The first truth says that everyone feels sad sometimes, but the second truth says that if we are kind to ourselves and others, we can feel better (PBS). This is the last religion that I'm teaching you. They will help you with your problem. Always remember these rules and ideas!

Ralph wakes up from his dream and he remembers everything Tombert told him.

Ralph's see two boys fighting and he remembers what Tombert said about Hinduism and the special rule called Karma. Ralph follows this rule and teaches the boys about it too.

Stop fighting! You need to do good things to each other so good things will happen back to you. That is a rule called Karma. Remember that my friends.

The two boys stopped fighting and listened to Ralph. They learn Ralph is right and they are friends now.
