Let's begin with our traditional highlander dance, which children often perform both at school and outside of it during various events and cultural celebrations.
In order to watch scan the code below

Here are a few more memories from the holiday season – traditional highlander carols and dance.

DIVIDE INTO TEAMS
* Stand in two rows - for example, boys on one side, girls on the other, from the shortest to the tallest.
* Make the equal groups, for example, 4-5 people.
If there's an odd number, one person can be a referee
You can also create teams however you like!
Glove relay race

BUILD A SNOWMAN
* Each team builds a snowman or a tall snow figure.
* The figures must be placed in a marked line.
* The first team to finish gets 4 points, the second gets 3,
the third gets 2 and the last team gets 1 point.
* If there are more teams the rest do not get any points.

GLOVE RELAY RACE
* Each team lines up, one behind the other, at a marked distance from their snow figure.
* You mustn't cross the drawn line!
* The first person in line gets one glove.
* When the referee says: " ready, set, go!" or "one, two, three go!" the first runner races to the snowman, runs around it, and then returns to pass the glove to next person,
* The next runner can only start after getting the glove.

POINTS AND WINNERS
The team that finishes first gets 4 points, second gets 3, third gets 2, and the last team gets 1 point. If there are more teans, the rest do not get any points. You can repeat the race as needed so that every team has a chance The referees and the teacher count the points. The team with the most points wins!

RELAY RACE-SUMMER VERSION
The rules are the same, however:
*Instead of building snowmen, place cones or tall markers
* Instead of a glove, use a relay baton or ribbon/sash.

TIC-TAC-TOE-OUTDOOR GAME
1. Set up 9 hula hoops on the ground in a 3x3 grid (like a big tic-tac-toe board).
2. Divide the children into two teams.
3. Give each team cones in a different color.
4. The first child from each team stands ready.
5. When the adult says "1,2,3, go!", the first child runs and puts their cone in one of the hoops.
6. Then they can run back and high-five the next teammate.
7. The next child runs and places another cone, and so on.
8. The goal is to get 3 cones of the same color in a row- across, down, or diagonally.
9. The first team to do this wins!
Have fun!

In Italy ... among the mountains ...

We like to run ... like a lightning !
First, define the playing field.
One child becomes the "lightning" and must try to catch the others, who are running freely.
If a child is touched by the lightning, they must stop and stand with their arms spread wide and legs apart.
To free a friend from this position, a free child must pass under their legs.
The game ends if the lightning manages to immobilize all the children.
Variation 1 : In the case of very large classes, more children can be the lightning.Variation 2 : To free a friend, instead of passing under their legs, it is enough to touch their hand.

the sparrowhawks !
All the children line up at the back of the playing field, while the child playing the sparrowhawk is on the opposite side. The sparrowhawk shouts, "Who is afraid of the sparrowhawk?" The others reply in unison, "No one!" and then they run toward the sparrowhawk, but they must try not to get caught.Running is only allowed in that direction; anyone who turns back is caught.Anyone who steps outside the field or gets caught joins the sparrowhawk and must run while holding hands with them. The last child to be caught will be the sparrowhawk in the next round.
