It was a sunny Saturday morning in Malibu, and Barbie Roberts was packing snacks for a family beach picnic. Her sisters — Skipper, Stacie, and Chelsea — were buzzing around, each with their own mission.

“Skipper, can you grab the speaker?” Barbie called.

“Already charging it!” Skipper replied, headphones dangling around her neck.

Stacie bounced in wearing her running shoes. “I’m bringing my frisbee. You know, for serious competition.”

Chelsea skipped in with a giant stuffed animal. “I’m bringing Mr. Fluffers so he can watch the waves!”

Just then, a knock came at the door — not an ordinary knock, but a double tap followed by a dramatic “Doo-doo-DOO!”

When Barbie opened the door, there stood D Monster — bright green, glasses gleaming, and holding a basket of delicious-looking donuts.

“Delivery of delicious donuts!” D Monster announced proudly.

“D Monster!” Barbie grinned. “What a surprise! What are you doing here?”

“I’m doing delightful deeds today! And I decided to join you all for your day at the beach.”

Margaret Roberts, Barbie’s mom, smiled warmly. “That sounds like fun. Just don’t get into too much trouble.”

At the Beach

The Roberts family, Ken, and D Monster arrived at the golden Malibu shore. The sun sparkled on the water, and the air smelled of salt and sunscreen.

D Monster wasted no time. He darted (another “D” action!) toward the sand with a shovel. “Digging is definitely my destiny today!” he shouted.

Chelsea joined him, giggling as they made a massive sandcastle shaped like the letter D. Stacie, meanwhile, tossed her frisbee to Ken while Skipper set up music. Barbie laid out snacks, including the donuts from D Monster.

But just as Barbie turned to grab her drink, something unexpected happened — a group of playful dogs came charging down the beach!
