Who Is My Family? (Mom's Side)

My family is very unique, as I have a lot of people on my mom's and dad's side. I mostly live with my mom, which includes her, my stepdad (like my real dad), grandmother, 2 brothers, and 1 sister. My mom's name is Chianne, stepdad is Fred, grandmother is Flo, 2 brothers are Landin and Kaine, and my baby sister is Harlow.

On my dad's side, I have my dad, Bo, 2 sisters, AJ and Maiah, and a new dog named Nika. My sisters are 3 and 2, so I am the oldest of all of my siblings

What is a Family?

Family is a group of people that share a connection and bond with each other that is proven through care, effort, and love. To me, family is not just related by blood, it is more by the actions by each person that show real care. I have a big family, and both sides work together to support each other..

My Family Types

I come from multiple different family types since I have multiple sides to my family. On my mom's side, we are a blended family, multi-generational household, and extended family as well since I live with my mom, stepdad, grandmother, 2 brothers and 1 sister

On my dad's side, we are a single parent and extended family. I have a lot of cousins and aunts on my dad's side to add to the extended family. 

My Family Cycle

My family is in Stage 5, a family with teenagers. I am the oldest of all of the kids in my family, and I am 13 years old now. 

My Family Functions

My family serves many functions in my life. They provide me with my basic needs. I live in my parents house and they pay for my food and clothes too, which also serves the economic support function. They provide love and affection by helping me when I struggle instead of yelling at me most of the time.
