Epilogue
This is me at the birth party. Now, you probably
know what happened. I was cursed. By mean ole
Carabolla. I would prick my finger... Anyways, after
the curse, my parents totally freaked out. They were
super scared for my safety. So, they made a few
laws here and there, such as, no one will be named
shall be named Aurora, and nothing sharp with a
pointy end. But that wasn't enough. They gave me
to a boy's orphanage, and told Mr. Hathaway not to
tell me the truth, until it's a must. That was an
order. So that is me. My beginning.

When, I lived in the orphanage I was called Rose, though I didn't
know it then. My name is Rose! I was raised in an orphanage
mostly for boys. Nellie, Sarah, and I are the only girls. The
orphanage is located right by a huge lake. The orphanage doesn't
teach schooling, but I do know how to read and write. The cook,
Ms. Bennock says I'm the prettiest lass she has ever seen. Mrs.
Bennock is like a mother to me. She is always looking after me,
even though I'm fifteen. We leave the orphanage at age 21. Since
we don't do schooling, we spend a lot of time in the lake, riding
boats, swimming, and tubing. It's a ton of fun!

I was feeling strange. Everyday, as the day of
my birthday got closer, I was sleepier and
sleepier, and felt the strongest urge to prick
my finger on something. When Mr. Hathaway
called me to his office for a favor, and nearly
collapsed, and
said,"Need..something..sharp.."
Mr. Hathaway said," Rose I need to tell you
something very important."

My jaw dropped. I was in awe. I had just
discovered I was the missing Princess Aurora.
I was speechless. This couldn't be true. "You
see," said Mr. Hathaway "When you were
born, you were cursed. Your parents were so
miserable, they didn't think it was safe for
you in the castle, so they gave you to me."
He puffed out his chest with pride. Proud to
be holding a princess captive? I ran out of the
room.

The next day, Ms. Bennock made me a beautiful
dress! "I made it for the day you found out, and
were going to live in the castle! I can't believe
my baby girl is finally going to live the life of a
proper princess!" She told me. "Thanks." I put it
on. Nellie gave me a headpiece. Sarah gave me
some heels. "Write." They told me. "I promise."
I replied.

When I got to the castle, I glanced in a mirror.
I couldn't see Rose! I saw the most beautiful
girl I had ever seen! I entered the room, and
curtsied before my so called parents, Queen
Eleanor, and King Victory. Gosh were they old!
"My beautiful daughter!" Said Queen Eleanor

"I want to see my room when I was a baby," I told
Rolla, my secret best friend, also a maid. I was not
supposed to be kind to the "common people," which I
thought was extremely rude, since I was raised as a
common person. She led me down a dark hall, and
opened a burnt door. "What happened?" I asked.
"When Carabolla heard that you had going to live
somewhere else, which she had no idea where, she
burnt this room, so you would always feel unwelcome
when you came back." Rolla told me. "Where is my
room now?" I asked. "Here." Was the reply. My jaw
dropped yet again. I couldn't live here.
