Body Image is how someone feels about his or her own physical appearance. To improve your self- esteem is by stopping inner critic, use healthier motivational habits, take 2 minute self appreciation breaks, go for good enough when referring to oneself, and handle mistakes and failures in a more positive way. You can improve your body image by avoiding offending media, meditating, eating respectfully, finding a purpose, replacing a negative thought with a positive.
