What is Self-Esteem?
Self-Esteem describes a
person's overall sense of
self-worth or personal value.
How does self esteem effect someone's body image?
Good self-esteem is important for everyone because it helps you keep a positive outlook on life and makes you feel proud of the person you are, both inside and out.

Set realistic expectations.
Tke a self-esteem inventory.
Set aside perfection.
Explore yourself.
Be willing to change your self-image.

When you can encourage and have growth.
When you compromise it doesn't mean your weak.
When you can trust each other.
The relationship is always improving.
You can always say your weaknesses.

You don't feel like an equal partner in the relationship.
You feel depressed, guilty, or sad about relationship.

What are some appropiate conflict resolution strategies? -
When in a fight with your girlfriend or boyfriend, Agree to Disagree. If you and your partner can’t resolve an issue, sometimes it’s best to drop it. You can’t agree on everything. Focus on the things that really matter. If the problem is too important for you to forget about and you can’t agree to disagree, then maybe you’re aren't that compatible with whom you're dating.

People could make fun of you, the messages could spread across social media and someone's reputation could be damaged. There could be legal problems where someone could be put in jail for sending inappropriate messages/photos and be sued.

abusive and aggressive
behavior in a romantic relationship.
