Chapter 1: Dating
In a healthy relationship there should be honesty and trust. You should use respectful language even in arguments. Both partners should be open minded about the other, and should be supportive of each other. Communication is key in a relationship. Both partners should also be equal to each other.

In an unhealthy relationship there is one person who feels dominant over the other. The other might feel pressured to change who they are. One has to justify why they do something. There is a lack of trust, and equality. The arguments are probably not settled fairly.

Some conflict tips to help resolve arguments are take a timeout, create a win-win situation, and communicate the hidden feelings

Chapter 2: Sexting
Sexting is the sending or receiving of sexually explicit or sexually suggestive images, messages, or video on a cellphone or the Internet.

Sexting is used as a joke, as a way of getting attention, or because of pressure from other people. Guys sometimes blame "pressure from friends." But for some, it's almost become normal behavior, a way of flirting, being seen as cool, or becoming popular.

Dangers and consequences of sexting, are legal actions. You can get into trouble with the law. You could also have lifelong effects of sexting.

Chapter 3: Dating violence
3 types of violence are mental, physical, and sexual. They cycle of violence also involves three phases.

In the first cycle of violence there is tenstion. It feels like your walking on eggshells, and someones just going to pop off on you.

The second is the violence. They do something to you that is violent. It doesn't matter is they physically more mentally abuse you. It is still violence.

After that the person confesses how wrong they are and say they will never do it again. There is the honeymoon. It feels like the person is different.

Some resources to get help are, hotlines, facilities, and the police. Mostly you need to let someone know that can help you.

Chapter 4: Sexual Harassment
3 types are verbal, nonverbal, and physical. In verbal the person is telling you inappropriate things.

In nonverbal, they may be looking at you in a certain way or doing things that resemble sexual harassment.

In physical harassment the person actually touched you in some way.

When you respond to sexual harassment you should be direct with what you say. Tell them how that is not okay at all. You also need to have strong body language when addressing them. You need to put yourself first and let them know your not weak.

For the consequences of some being sexually harassed are lack of confidence, inability to focus, and not feelings safe in certain environments. This could put a big impact on someones life.

If you have sexually harassed someone then you could be facing time in jail and other legal actions.
